Event reminders

CommunATI reminds families before an event so nobody misses it. You’ll get a reminder about a day before and again a couple of hours before the event starts.

How reminders reach you

Reminders follow your notification preferences — they can arrive as a push notification, an email, or both, and they respect your quiet hours.

Manage them

• Open Settings → Notifications to choose how you’re reminded (or to turn reminders off).
• Reminders are sent for events your family is registered for.

Not getting them? Check that notifications are on for your device and that your email is up to date in your profile.
