Run a Classroom Quiz

Multiple-choice rounds. Students answer on their own devices; the display shows the question and the standings.

Start the game

  1. Go to Admin → Classroom games.
  2. Pick a question pack. The card shows how many questions it holds.
  3. Start the session. The display switches to the lobby and shows a join code.

How students join

They open /play on any browser, enter the code, and choose a nickname. No account, no sign-in, no real names.

Running it

The board moves through four states, and you advance them:

  • Lobby — waiting for players.
  • Question — the prompt and four lettered choices.
  • Reveal — the correct answer.
  • Leaderboard — standings between rounds, and the final result at the end.

Each question has a time limit set by the pack.

If a student can't get in

Check they typed the code from the display exactly, and that they're on the same network or have data. A code only works while the session is running.
