Which app do I need?

CommunATI runs on four kinds of device, and you probably only need one of them.

Phones and tablets

The CommunATI app for iPhone and Android is for families, students and staff — following an event, registering, and tapping a wristband. Everything it does, the website does too, so you can skip the app entirely if you'd rather use a browser.

displays

There are separate apps for Apple TV and Android TV that turn a screen into an event display. A display without either can still be a display through a browser — see Connect a display.

The web

Organizers run events in a browser. There is no separate organizer app; the admin area is on the website and works on a laptop or tablet.

Signing in

You use the same account everywhere. Signing in on a phone doesn't sign you out on the web.
