Check competitors in

The check-in console is the single station-bound screen for the front desk on event day. It replaces flipping between a roster, an inspection list and a payments screen.

Find someone

Search by name, by competitor number, or scan their QR code. Display-name matches are listed first, competitor-number matches second.

What the console shows

  • Checked in — how many have arrived, out of how many are expected.
  • Inspection backlog — anyone waiting on a safety or equipment check, with the average wait.
  • Walk-up payments — what's been taken at the door today.
  • Recent check-ins — the last while, so you can re-open someone you just processed.

Tips

Put this on a tablet at the door and leave it there — it's designed to stay on one screen all day. If you have several entrances, open it on each; they all see the same live counts.
