Run event day

The live ops dashboard is your command center once the doors open. Find it at Admin → Events → (your event) → Live.

At a glance

The dashboard shows real-time cards for:

• Check-ins — who's arrived.
• Staff & judges — who's on station.
• Scores — submissions flowing in.
• displays — what each screen is showing.
• Match queue — what's next.
• Announcements — the PA queue.

Controls

• Pause / resume / end the event for everyone at once.
• Send an all-staff alert to every volunteer's device.
• Promote, replay, or cancel announcements from the queue.
