Export or delete your data

You can take your data with you or ask us to erase it — both are self-serve.

Export your data

Go to Settings → Data → Export my data. CommunATI builds a ZIP containing:

• Your profile and account details (CSV + JSON).
• Your activity, registrations, and results.
• Any photos or documents tied to your account.
• A plain-language manifest explaining each file.

You'll get a private download link that's valid for 24 hours. Exports are available once per day.

Delete your account

From the same page, request account deletion. There's a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel; after that, your personal data is removed. Some records may be retained where law requires (for example, financial records).

For a child's data, the linked parent can export or request deletion on their behalf.
