This help centre is searchable, and articles are tagged by who they're for — family, teacher, student, organizer or sponsor — so the browser shows you the relevant ones first.

Most pages also have a help button that opens the articles about the screen you're on, so you don't have to search for it.

If that doesn't answer it

Signed-in users can raise a support ticket and follow it under Help → Tickets. You'll see replies there.

Reporting something urgent

If something is wrong during an event — a display is down, scores look wrong, a child's real name is showing somewhere it shouldn't — tell your event organizer directly. They can act immediately from the live dashboard, which is faster than any ticket.
