How to invite parents

Parents see their child's classes, events, and results once they're linked. There are two ways to bring them in.

Share the class join code

The fastest way: give families the class join code (Class → Join code). A parent enters it, picks their child, and the link is made.

Send invitations by email

1. Go to Class → Members → Invite parents.
2. Paste or import parent emails (one per line, or via the roster CSV import).
3. Each parent gets a magic link that finishes the connection — no password to remember.

Good to know

• For students under 13, the parent's approval also unlocks consent for photos and live display.
• You can resend or revoke a pending invite any time from the Members tab.
