Athletics templates
Sport. These carry the most schedule structure — pools, brackets, heats — and the most varied scoring.
Pick one from New event → Start from a template. Everything below is a starting point — you can change the schedule and scoring after the event is created.
Track & field meet
- Schedule: Heats
- Scoring: Placements (1st, 2nd, 3rd…) Tracked as placements (1st, 2nd, 3rd…); record times in your own notes.
Cross-country meet
- Schedule: No fixed schedule — runs as an open session
- Scoring: Placements (1st, 2nd, 3rd…) Tracked as placements (1st, 2nd, 3rd…); record times in your own notes.
Swimming meet
- Schedule: Heats
- Scoring: Placements (1st, 2nd, 3rd…) Tracked as placements (1st, 2nd, 3rd…); record times in your own notes.
Basketball tournament
- Schedule: Round robin, then a bracket from the standings
- Scoring: Points
Volleyball tournament
- Schedule: Pool play, then a bracket from the pool standings
- Scoring: Sets Tracked as sets; record points in your own notes.
Soccer / futsal tournament
- Schedule: Pool play, then a bracket from the pool standings
- Scoring: Goals
Hockey tournament
- Schedule: Pool play, then a bracket from the pool standings
- Scoring: Goals
Badminton / tennis
- Schedule: Single-elimination bracket
- Scoring: Placements (1st, 2nd, 3rd…)
Wrestling tournament
- Schedule: Single-elimination bracket
- Scoring: Placements (1st, 2nd, 3rd…) Tracked as placements (1st, 2nd, 3rd…); record points in your own notes.
Intramural league (season)
- Schedule: Round robin — everyone plays everyone
- Scoring: Points
Field day (multi-event)
- Schedule: Groups rotate between stations
- Scoring: Points
Sports day (open)
- Schedule: No fixed schedule — runs as an open session
