Invite organization members

Bring co-organizers, teachers, and volunteer leads into your organization with the right level of access.

Invite someone

1. Go to Admin → Members → Invite.
2. Enter their email and choose a role — admin, volunteer lead, teacher, and so on.
3. They get a magic link to join; no password setup needed.

Managing roles

• Change a member's role any time. Elevating someone to admin asks for confirmation.
• CommunATI prevents removing the last admin, so an org can't be locked out.
• Removing a member is a soft action — their account stays, they just lose access to your org.

Every role change is recorded in the audit log.
