Take a walk-up payment

Some people arrive without having registered or paid. Walk-up payment handles them at the door without leaving the check-in console.

At the desk

Find the person in check-in, then take their payment from their record. The console's walk-up payments card shows the running total taken today, so the desk can reconcile at the end without a separate report.

Where the money goes

Payments go to your organization's own payment account, not to CommunATI. The platform is free for schools and community programs; when money moves, it moves between the family and the organization running the event.

Before event day

Your organization has to be set up to receive payments before the desk can take any. That's a one-time setup in the admin area, and it's worth doing well before the doors open rather than on the morning.
