Analytics and reports

Analytics shows participation across your organization: how many competitors, how many events, how attendance moves over a season.

Three levels

  • Event — one event: entries, check-ins, results.
  • Organization — your school across a season.
  • Division — every school under a division, side by side.

You only see levels you administer. A teacher at one school does not see division numbers.

Small groups are hidden on purpose

Any figure covering fewer than five people is suppressed. You will see a blank or a "too few to show" marker rather than a number.

This is not a bug and there is no setting to turn it off. With a group of two, a percentage identifies a specific child. Suppression is what makes it safe to look at participation data about minors at all.

Every view is logged

Looking at analytics writes an entry to the admin audit log — who looked, at what, when. That is deliberate: it is what lets your division answer a parent asking who has seen data about their child.

Exports

Organization and division views export to PDF. Exports carry the same suppression as the screen — you cannot export your way around it.

Analytics tells you about participation, not about individual children's performance. If you need a single competitor's record, open that competitor.
