Photos and highlights

Families and staff can add photos to an event gallery. Nothing they upload appears anywhere until an organizer approves it.

Approving photos

Go to Moderation → Photos. Every upload waits in a queue with the event and who sent it. Approve it, or reject it — a rejected photo is never shown and the uploader is not told who rejected it.

Approve deliberately. Once a photo is approved it can appear on a display in a room full of people.

The rule that overrides everything

A child's real name never appears on a public screen. Galleries show the kid-picked display name and competitor number only. If a photo itself shows a name — a name tag, a scoresheet, a jersey with a surname — that is your judgement call at approval time, and the safe answer is reject.

Highlight reels

AI → Highlights builds a short reel from an event's photos and results. It is a starting point, not a finished product: review every frame before you share it.

Highlights are off unless your organization has the AI features turned on. See AI features.
